Order processing

Orders are processed within 2-3 working days.

Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

If you need assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at hello@sleepfolio.com or WhatsApp us at +65 9878 9040. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped. 

 

Singapore delivery

Express shipping (2-3 business days) is FREE for all orders

We ship worldwide using Singapore Post registered package or courier depending on whichever faster.  

 

Delivery to United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Malaysia & Hong Kong

Standard shipping (5-7 business days) is FREE for all orders over SGD 58 (approx. USD 42)

Standard shipping (5- 7 business days) on all orders under SGD 58 - Please refer to shipping rates reflected on the checkout page.

 

International delivery to all other locations

Postal delivery with Singapore Post - Starting from SGD 15 

Standard delivery time is around 5-20 working days, depending on your city
